ANGOLA — A Louisiana State Penitentiary inmate was stabbed to death, with another to receive murder charges, officials tell WBRZ.

According to West Feliciana Parish Sheriff Brian Spillman, Brandon Guidry, 41, died from his injuries on Oct. 22 after a fight that happened the week prior. Guidry performed as “Lil Real One” during his association with the late rapper Soulja Slim in the early 2000s.

Officials could not immediately confirm the identity of the other inmate, but said he will be charged with second-degree murder.
