ST. FRANCISVILLE - Thomas Morris was arrested back in July on kidnapping and false imprisonment charges, after deputies say he brought a woman from Montana to his home in Saint Francisville against
her will.

It was after the arrest that West Feliciana Sheriff Brian Spillman identified Morris as a person of interest in the disappearance of Madison Allen and Stephanie Hevia.

Allen's mother, Lynn Rollins, says it'll make three years in November, since she reported her daughter missing, during those years. Rollins says it has been a real struggle.

“It's just, you're just living in hell is what you doing; it's a nightmare," Rollins said.

Sheriff Spillman announced Thursday that deputies executed a search warrant for Morris's property, where he says there is a high possibility they will find both Allen and Hevia.

"It makes me sick to my stomach, because you always want to believe that your sister is out there; she's just not, you know, she's just not talking to no one, she's just doing this and that," Stephanie Hevia's sister Lily Pearley said.

Pearley says Hevia comes from a big family and is a mother of two. In fact, Pearley says the last time she saw her sister was in December of 2024, when Hevia found out she was going to be a grandma.

The last time anyone in her family had contact with Hevia was in March of 2025.

"Knowing that she could possibly be on the property, it's relieving in a way, because we want that closure; we want to bring Stephanie home, so it's a lot of mixed feelings," Pearley said.

According to the sheriff's office, Morris's property is about 15 acres; the search will include assistance from state and federal agencies.

"I am confident that my baby is going to be brought home. She's not going to come home the way I wish she would, but she's going to come home," Pearley said.
