LSU Student Union arcade room offers students a space to unwind
BATON ROUGE — LSU opened a new game room in the Student Union, giving students a space to decompress, according to a report by Reveille.
The new arcade room, named Arcadia, is located on the second floor of the Student Union, repurposing a space that was originally used as an art gallery before later being turned into the Student Success One Stop Shop.
Auxiliary Services later decided to transform the space into an arcade following student feedback, creating a space for students to unwind.

The new space was designed with low lighting and lounge furniture to help create a welcoming space for students to relax, with the arcade featuring a variety of games including Uno, foosball and several arcade machines.
