FRANKLIN — Crews will spend the next week replacing old and outdated fire hydrants across Franklin. 

As a result of the replacement effort, residents may experience temporary low water pressure in areas where work is being done. 

All hydrant replacement, city officials said Thursday, will take place after 3 p.m. Crews will likely be at each hydrant's location for about an hour.
