HAMMOND — The Louisiana State Police responded to a crash that left the I-12 eastbound off-ramp to I-55 northbound partially blocked on Saturday morning near Hammond. 

According to troopers, the crash involved a commercial motor vehicle that was left lying on its side. 

Drivers in the area should use caution and expect delays as crews work to reopen the roadway.
