GREENSBURG — The St. Helena Parish community mourned the loss of District 3 Police Juror Willie Morgan on Tuesday.

The parish announced Morgan's death, saying he served the parish with "dedication, integrity and a genuine heart for the people he represented."

Flags will be lowered to half-staff across the parish in his honor. The parish said memorial service arrangements will be announced as they are finalized by the family.
