Port of Morgan City expanding with new additions by late summer 2027
MORGAN CITY — The Port of Morgan City is expanding next year.
The West Dock Expansion, announced Monday, will add new waterfront and laydown space to the port, increasing capacity for both maritime and industrial activities.
The project is expected to be finished by late summer 2027.
