Man arrested for the fourth time on video voyeurism charges after allegedly filming women in Sephora
BATON ROUGE — A man who was previously arrested in Denham Springs for secretly filming women in public locations was arrested again in Baton Rouge on Wednesday for video voyeurism.
According to arrest records, 23-year-old Tyler Washington was arrested after the security office at the Mall of Louisiana received a complaint that Washington was seen walking around Sephora, allegedly secretly filming women before leaving and going into the mall.
Security followed Washington around on cameras before eventually detaining him. Officers with the Baton Rouge Police Department confirmed that Washington had previously been arrested three separate times for video voyeurism amongst other sexual charges.
Washington was previously arrested in June after taking photos of women without their knowledge at Juban Crossing and other retail locations.

Following the interaction, Washington was again arrested for video voyeurism and issued a 5-year ban from the Mall of Louisiana.
