LSU students seek to restore Title IX Office to full functioning capacity
BATON ROUGE — Students at LSU organized a March for Change on Friday in Free Speech Alley to restore LSU's Title IX Office and Office of Engagement to their full functioning capacity.
The march, organized by We are Feminists in Action along with other organizations part of the student coalition, including Tiger Prison Project, Injustice Reform LSU, and the LSU Students for Democratic Society, was held in an effort to call for an LSU football player's expulsion after he was accused of raping an 18-year-old LSU student in an on-campus dorm in 2025.
Students also called for the restoration of on-campus cultural centers to their full functioning capacity.
