BATON ROUGE - LSU soccer sophomore forward Sariyah Bailey has been named to Canada's roster for the upcoming FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. The tournament is scheduled for Sept. 5-27 in Poland.

Bailey has been busy on the international stage. The Edmonton, Alberta, native has had appearances for both the Canadian U-20 roster and the American U-19 roster at the programs' respective camps.

During her freshman season at LSU, Bailey made the All-SEC third team, along with the SEC all-freshman team. Thus far during the 2026 season, Bailey has started all three of LSU's regular season matches. 

Canada's first match at the U-20 Women's World Cup is scheduled for Sept. 5 against England.
