Iberville Parish woman finishes as first runner-up at 99th Miss America Pageant

WEST PALM BEACH — Miss Louisiana Shelby Bordelon finished as the first runner up at the 99th Miss America Pageant.
Bordelon is a graduate of Southeastern University and is from Iberville Parish.
She will receive a $10,000 scholarship on top of the $3,000 scholarship she previously won during a preliminary round.
Miss Texas Regan Hutsell was crowned Miss America 2027.
