Denham Springs man sentenced to 75 years in prison after child exploitation conviction

LIVINGSTON — A Denham Springs man convicted of sexually exploiting children has been sentenced to 75 years in prison.
Cory Thames, 36, pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles, one count of computer-aided solicitation of a minor, two counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles and six counts of production of pornography involving juveniles.
“This 75-year sentence reflects the severity of these crimes and our commitment to holding those who exploit children accountable,” Assistant District Attorney Serena Birch said.
