BATON ROUGE — A stalled vehicle is blocking the two right lanes on eastbound I-10.

The blockage, which was first reported around 6 a.m., is between the Dalrymple Drive/LSU exit and the Perkins Road exit.

Traffic is backed up several miles to around the La. 1 Port Allen/Plaquemine exit on the west side of the Mississippi River.
