BATON ROUGE — A man accused of raping two 18-year-olds in September was arrested on Saturday, according to arrest records.

According to deputies with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office, on Sept. 26, two 18-year-old girls were approached by two men in a pickup truck at the intersection of Burbank Drive and Jennifer Jean Drive, asking them if they needed a ride.

After the driver, later identified as 20-year-old Ethan Hallman, allegedly drove the pair to a local bar, he brought the teens back to their apartment, where he and an unknown accomplice allegedly raped them, according to arrest records.

The victims later went to a local hospital where sexual assault exams were conducted, showing trauma in the genitalia area.

The teens later helped deputies discover Hallman's identity before identifying him in a photographic lineup.

According to deputies, surveillance cameras showed Hallman's pickup truck entering the property before the alleged crime occurred, with the unknown accomplice allegedly being seen running away naked on a doorbell camera.

Hallman faces four counts of third-degree rape and two counts of sexual battery.
