Kentucky fined $500,000 for storming Kroger Field after beating LSU
LEXINGTON, Kentucky — The University of Kentucky was fined $500,000 by the SEC in response to fans rushing the field after their win over LSU.
Kentucky beat LSU 35-34 in overtime. The Southeastern Conference announced Sunday that Kentucky "will incur a fine of $500,000 for the violation under the league’s access to competition area policy."
