Livingston Parish Government offices close Tuesday due to water outage
LIVINGSTON — Some residents in the town of Livingston are experiencing water loss on Tuesday after a main water line was struck.
The line was hit on Blind Street while crews were replacing a culvert under the road, a Town of Livingston Facebook post says.
The outage caused the Livingston Parish Government to close its offices at 1 p.m. Parish President Randy Delatte said on Facebook that he would share any additional updates if necessary.

Crews are currently onsite working to working to repair the line. Water valves have been turned off to isolate the leak and allow the line to be repaired.
