BATON ROUGE — One person was taken to the hospital Wednesday morning after being struck along Florida Boulevard. 

Officials told WBRZ that, around 9:21 a.m., one person was hospitalized in stable condition after being hit by a car near the corner of Florida Boulevard and Marque Ann Drive. 

Baton Rouge EMS responded to the crash.
